We primarily serve the San Diego region, offering personal hand delivery of all our treats (cookies, cakes, pies, and catering) for a flat fee of $12. This ensures your order arrives from Netta's kitchen directly to your hands in perfect condition.
We're thrilled to share Netta's treats with as many people as possible, all crafted with love from our certified San Diego kitchen!
San Diego Area (Local Hand Delivery): We offer local hand delivery for all products (cookies, cakes, pies, etc). This is the only way to get our full menu.
Rest of California (Postal Shipping): For customers outside our San Diego hand-delivery zone but still within California, we can ship our cookies directly to your door. Your cookies are always individually wrapped for freshness and securely packaged for their journey across the state.
Important Note on Licensing:
Due to the nature of our cottage food operation, we are currently only authorized to sell and ship within the great state of California. Only cookies are available for postal shipping; all other treats (cakes, pies) are limited to local San Diego hand delivery. We appreciate your understanding as we grow!
Not at this time. Because of the quality and care that goes into creating our products, our lowest option for sale is a half dozen (6). We promise you'll want more than one, and the good news is that if any are left over, they freeze really well!
For simple orders (both local delivery and California shipping), we typically fulfill and ship your treats 3 to 4 days after your order is placed. We are a handcrafted kitchen committed to the highest quality, which means we bake and fulfill every order fresh with care. Because our treats are highly sought-after, we process orders on a first-come, first-served basis each week!
Important Note on Delivery Dates & Gifts 🎁
We know timing is everything, especially for gifts and celebrations! Since our website doesn't have a delivery date selector yet, we ask that you please use the 'Order Notes' section during checkout to specify a future date or time. If you don't add a note, we will assume you want your delicious treats ASAP and will ship immediately after our 3-4 day fulfillment window!

Yes. Once you place your order, you'll receive an automated email confirmation pretty quickly.
As soon as we ship your freshly baked cookies (or dispatch for local delivery), you will automatically receive a separate email with your tracking number or delivery time slot notification.
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.). Our website will guide you through the payment instructions at checkout.
For Local San Diego Delivery: Orders are delivered on a scheduled delivery day, typically within 3 - 4 days of ordering. We will notify you when your order is out for personal delivery.
For California Shipping: We ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure freshness. Your box will generally arrive within 3 to 5 business days of placing your order.
At checkout, you can add a note to your order asking for a specific date by which you would like your order to arrive, and we’ll prepare it accordingly. We'll send you an email to confirm dates with you so you're always in the know.
Pro-Tip: If you're ordering for a specific event, we strongly recommend selecting delivery a business day or two in advance if shipping outside San Diego.
