- The Netta’s Difference: For the flakiest, most tender crust possible, we use a touch of vodka. Don't worry, the alcohol evaporates completely during baking, leaving behind only the most superior texture!
- Creamy Sweet Potato Filling: Made with naturally sweet sweet potatoes, the filling is rich and smooth, perfectly balanced with a blend of warm, comforting spices.
- Size: 9" pie pan, serves 8 – 10 slices.
Care & Enjoyment
- Store: Keep covered in the fridge for 3 – 4 days.
- Freezing: Freezes well for 2 – 3 months wrapped in plastic. Thaw overnight in the fridge.
Netta’s Tips
- Warm in a 350F oven for 10 – 15 minutes to restore that fresh-baked taste.
- Let the pie sit at room temperature for 15 – 20 minutes before serving to allow the spices to bloom if serving straight from the fridge.
